Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Flixora account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Flixora.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flixora. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has consented.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential.
• Accounts are personal — do not share login credentials with others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via the payment method you choose (Mobile Money or Card).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days' prior notice via SMS or email.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of streaming privileges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your profile. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of payment — see our Refund Policy.

6. Content & Streaming

• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, screen-record, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content.
• Trailers are available to everyone; full movies require an active subscription.
• We may add or remove titles at any time. Availability varies by licence.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the service; (b) use the service to distribute malware; (c) bypass any access controls; (d) use the service to violate any law; (e) share or sell your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Flixora are the property of Flixora or its licensors and are protected by Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

Flixora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that all titles will be available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flixora's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or SMS. Continued use of Flixora after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Accra.
