1. Information we collect

When you sign up for Flixora, we collect your full name, email address, Ghanaian phone number and a secure hash of your password. When you subscribe, we collect payment information through our payment processor (Paystack); we do not store card numbers or MoMo PINs on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• Authenticate your account and verify your phone via SMS OTP.
• Process subscriptions, refunds and tax obligations.
• Personalise recommendations and improve the service.
• Notify you about your account, payments, and (optionally) new releases.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Paystack to process payments; (b) BulkSMS Ghana to send OTPs; (c) authorities when legally required.

5. Your rights

You can update or delete your account, request a copy of your data, or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting support.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All payment data is processed over TLS 1.2+ and never touches our servers in plain text.

7. Children

Flixora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
